Start with the document, then put your brand into it. Add your logo, fonts, colors, and reference reels. Change the editing checklist to match what you actually need from your editor.
You’ll need to sign in to Google to save your own copy in Drive. Your edits stay in your copy; they won’t change the original template.
Once you’ve made your copy
- Put your name on it. Add your logo and replace the example brand details with your own.
- Be specific about the edit. Link your reference reels and explain what you want your editor to take from each one.
- Share it with your editor. Set the delivery checks together and update the document when your instructions change.
